Once the order is delivered, you will receive an SMS notification stating the number of your post box and an activation code. You can collect your order within 3 working days at any time, using one of the terminals that are usually installed in shopping centers. According to our experience, this is the fastest shipping method.

EMS Russian Post is a branch of the Russian Post that offers express delivery in Russia and 190 world countries. This is a 'door-to-door' delivery option: your order will be picked up by a courier and delivered to your doorstep. Russian Post is the national post operator. Your order will be delivered to your local post office. To find out estimated shipping time and to track your order, please use the official Russian Post website. The payment is processed by the operator when you collect your order.

Regulations from the offer contract:10. Return and exchange
10.1. Return of the Product of proper quality is possible within 14 calendar days, excluding the day of its purchase. The customer can decline the whole order, it is not allowed to decline only certain positions. The integrity of the factory packaging of the product must be preserved.
10.1.1. The Customer's requirement to exchange or return the Products of the proper quality is subject to satisfaction if the Products were not in use, its consumer properties are preserved and there is evidence of its obtaining from the Seller.
10.1.2. The list of products that can not be exchanged or returned on the terms indicated above is determined in accordance with the procedure established by law or other legal acts.
10.1.3. The list of products not subjected to exchange on the terms specified in clause 10.1.2 of this Agreement:
- Personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, hairbrushes, hair clips, hair curlers, wigs, chignona and other similar products);
This list is not all-inclusive and is determined in the order established by point. 10.1.2. of the actual agreement
10.2. Return of damaged products
10.2.1. The received Products must correspond to the description on the Site. The difference in design or design elements from the description on the Site is not a sign of inadequate quality.
10.2.2. The layout and contents of delivery, as well as the completeness of the entire Order, must be checked by the Customer at the time of receipt of the Products.
10.2.3. At delivery of the Products the Customer signs the receipt, than confirms full completeness of the order and absence of claims to quantity and layout of the Products.
10.2.4. After the receiving of the Products, claims for external defects of the products, its quantity, completeness and vendibility are not accepted.
10.2.5. If the Customer has been given the Products of improper quality and the other has not been agreed in advance by the Seller, the Customer has the right to use the provisions of Enaction 18 of the Consumer Protection Act.
10.2.6. When returning the Products, the Customer has to send a letter to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the order number and reason for the return.
10.2.7. The refund is carried out by bank transfer by transferring the relevant amount to the bank account specified by the Customer. The time limits and procedure for refund of the Products of inadequate quality are specified in subclause 11.2 of this Agreement.
10.2.8. In case the Customer discovers any deficiencies in the products and demands exchange, the Seller must replace such Products within 7 days from the date of the present demand and, if necessary, have an additional quality control of such Products by the Seller (carrying out expert examination) - within 20 days from the date of the said requirement.";s:4:"TYPE";s:4:"HTML";}
